Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Shipping : All domestic orders are shipped via Lion Parcel
  • International Shipping: All internationals orders are shipped via TGI Express and Tim Express. 

Shipping Process

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. Please allow up to 1 business day to process your order before shipment. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for address correction.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier companies once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
