Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns and refunds for international orders in the following cases:

• You received an incorrect item, or

• The item arrived defective or damaged

Returns for any other reason (including sizing issues, change of mind, or preference) are not accepted. If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the packages with unboxing videos, clear photos of the item and packaging.

Exchanges 

We do not accept size exchanges for international orders. Due to international taxes, duties, and customs regulations, exchanges are not possible once an order has been shipped. 

Please ensure that you carefully review and select the correct item, color, and size before completing your purchase.
